1. Take out the new membership at £40/month (below)
   Please ensure you're logged in with the correct account when doing this, so all of your bookings and access stay synced.

2. We’ll cancel your old membership
   Once you've taken out the new one, we’ll cancel your previous membership that was charged at the higher rate.

3. We’ll calculate and issue any refund due
   If there’s any overlap in payments, we’ll calculate the refund owed and issue it as soon as possible.
