Aerobics is a low-high energy exercise class set to music. It will get your heart pumping, help you burn off body fat and improve your body's strength, shape and tone. Plus, it is great fun!

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the class start time. Should you cancel within 2 hours, or not show up to the class, Elite Fitness reserve the right to charge you the additional £5 "missed class" fee. This applies to both PAYG and Pay Monthly customers.
