Service Description

Expect a cosy and fun evening where you can truly unwind! You'll come in your comfiest pyjamas, or workout gear, whatever you feel comfortable in and flow through a gentle candle-lit Pilates session. Suitable for all level, whether you are a beginner or a pro, it'll be inclusive and enjoyable. Afterwards, We'll have time to relax together, have a laugh and some chat with everyone so bring your bottle of choice (Prosecco, wine, mocktail or soft drink even!) and enjpy some social time. It's a relaxed uplifting night of movement, laughter and a bit of bubbly!
